There are 3 bed rooms and ask you to sleep in living room if your group more than 10 person.(Single bed means Japanese style mattress)
Room 1 :2 small-double beds
Room 2:5 Japanese style mattress(Futon)
Room 3:5 Japanese style mattress(Futon)

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard:

3 burners gas range ,microwave, rice steamer, electric kettle,fridge,coffee mil

There are 3 parking spaces available.

SPECIAL NOTE
++No BBQ++
BBQ is not allowed on the premises.

++No pet++
Pets are not permitted to stay at the Sakurai House.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people.
If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Fireworks++

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at Kawazu Beach. It takes approximately 5-minute by car.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
