Booking conditions

You can book online on the site to block the dates you want. A confirmation by email will be sent to you automatically with the following conditions:

♦ Deposit : 30% of the total rental amount requested when booking.
♦ The balance : 70% of the total rental amount is to be paid 1 month before arrival
♦ Payment methods : bank transfer, French bank check issued in France, online payment, cash, bank cards with 1.5 % additional commission
♦ A deposit of €400 will be requested and returned if there is no damage.

cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified by certified letter and according to the following conditions.
- more than 120 days before the start of the stay: 30% of the price of the stay
- between 90 and 120 days before the start of the stay: 70% of the price of the stay
- less than 90 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the price of the stay
- in case of "no-show at the place" without notifying the owner of the agreement: 100% of the price of the stay
The owner is not responsible for the transport of his clients. It is not responsible for the failure of its clients to reach the complex,
whatever the reason, even in cases of force majeure and will not make any refund.
Any premature departure of the tenant does not give rise to any refund.
In the event that the tourist accommodation is closed by order of the government or that the borders are allowed to foreigners, the owner will redeem the payments made to the tenant. If the tenant also has a confinement order in his country and does not allow him to leave the country, the owner will also pay back all the payments made.
