・Japanese-style room → 4 sets of futons
・Living room → 4 sets of futons
*Double bed is for 2 people.
*For more than 10 people, we will use futon bedding in the living room.

Single bed means Japanese mattress(Futon).Totally,We serve you 3 small-double beds and 10 futons.

It takes 10mins (750m)  from the Kawazu station by walk on flat road.
By taxi, it takes 3min.

We will provide you the code of the entrance  2-3 days before the booking date

**Projector & TV
We have equipped an Amazon FireTV Stick. There is no local TV available.

*PARKING
In the front of the house,  there's a parking space for 3 cars max. 

*BBQ
Available for BBQ on the balcony.There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the grill for the entirety of your stay. To make the payment, you can conveniently use your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We provide condiments such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oil. However, kindly remember to bring your own gas canisters, if desired, skewers, BBQ sauce as well as the food for your BBQ.

Above the BBQ space, a foldable shade is equipped also but when it's windy, 
it might not be helpful to prevent wind coming in. 

To sustain the local community friendly, BBQ timing is between 09:00-21:30. 
BBQ set has gas stove without using charcoal. Please refrain from using charcoal concerning about fire. 

SPECIAL NOTE
++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. 

++Caution++
When there're any damages or loss of our belongings, walls, floors, items and furniture in the house, we will charge fully for restoration. 
In case of the condition of the house after your stay is obviously bad, 
we will demand compensation from you. 

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

++Safety measures for COVID-19++　October 4, 2021
All of our staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our guests.

Effort at facilities:
We have place hand sanitizers and disinfectants in the rooms to provide a safe environment for our guests. We want you to feel reassured during your stay. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Effort in cleaning:
During the cleaning process, we thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controllers, electrical switches, tables, and spray handles. Our staff members undergo health checks and have their body temperature monitored before starting work. They wear masks at all times and makes sure to open windows for better ventilation while cleaning. If any staff member has a temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, they are required to take days off. In addition, they must take an extra two days off and can only return to work after making a full recovery.
Please note that our facility is unmanned, which means you will not have any direct contact with our staff during your stay.
