If you confirm a booking with us, we will assume you have read and accepted our terms and conditions as set out below.

Only for long stays (more than 15 nights) the following policy applies:
- A deposit of €150 is required which will be returned at the end of the stay after assessing any damage to the flat.
- Linen (sheets and towels) is not provided.
- Cleaning service is not provided

For short rentals (less than 15 nights):
- Deposit is not required
- Linen is provided and for stays of 5 nights or more a change and full room cleaning is provided on average every 3 to 4 nights.

In this pandemic period, we try to limit contacts as much as possible.


--- Deposits & Payment
- A credit or debit card number are required to secure any booking.

- Payment is taken on the day of your arrival unless you wish to make alternative arrangements beforehand, however we will pre-authorise your card some days before arrival. We will take the amount from the credit/debit card number you used when booking. If you prefer to pay with bank transfer please advise at the time of booking. We accept most major credit cards with the exception of American Express or Diners. You may incur an additional administration fee to cover bank charges when using a credit card.

If the fold down bedchair is requested for either the Malva or Iris Rooms there is an additional charge of £15.00 per night and this must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival.

For reasons of internal organization, we reserve the right to move the reservation from one room to another, without the customer's consent, as long as the new room is of the same or higher category and located in the same facility.

--- Damage/Breakages
We expect guests to treat the premises and contents with care and respect. In the event of damage to Guest House property, we reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean the item concerned.

--- Check In
Check-in time is starting from 1.00 pm on the day of arrival. if you want, from 9:30 am, you can access the apartment (not the room) and leave your luggage in the corridor, to return when your room is ready.

Check-in is done in "self check-in" mode, providing, the day before arrival, instructions and codes for autonomous and flexible access. Data collection, compulsory by law, in full respect of privacy laws, is carried out online by filling in a short form.

--- Check Out
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on your day of departure. If you want you can leave your bags in the corridor and collect them later in the afternoon.
