The Accommodation

This cosy studio is equipped with all the necessary facilities for your comfort:

- a double bunk bed with sheets, duvets, pillowcases and soft plaids for the winter!
- a child's bed (mattress size 175 cm x 76 cm, maximum weight 70kg)
- a baby bed (umbrella bed type) with sheets and a sleeping bag for baby

The kitchen is equipped with

- 2 electric hobs

- a dishwasher + tablets (it's still the holidays!)

- cutlery suitable for the little ones
- kitchen essentials: sugar, salt, pepper and oil
- a step stool for the older children ;)
- washing-up liquid and hand soap

The bathroom is clean and functional:
- a bathtub
- a towel for each person
- a bath mat
- a hair dryer
- a 2 in 1 shower gel and shampoo

You have a Wifi Internet connection with a HD television and all the channels associated with the Internet box as well as access to Netflix and Disney+!

In addition, a private parking space in the basement is at your disposal free of charge. Access to the car park is by remote control.

The residence is very quiet and fully secured, an access badge and a remote control for the car park will be given to you on your arrival. The residence has a laundry equipped with washing machines and dryers in free access (payment by credit card or with coins) on the ground floor.

You will find in the accommodation a guide with all the advice to go to Disneyland or Paris, local addresses for and sites to visit. You will also have access codes for the Wifi.

Access to the accommodation

BY CAR: Private and secure parking space. Don't waste time looking for a space!
BY TRAIN: The train station is located only 200 meters away from the flat, in 3 minutes top chrono!
BY PLANE: to reach the flat from Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly airport, the best value for money is a taxi, Uber or Heetch.

The arrival in the accommodation is done independently.

You should arrive at the accommodation from 17:00 and preferably before 22:00. We will send you the necessary information before your arrival.
You can leave at 10.00 a.m. maximum.

Information and advice

We advise you to go to the Disney parks and Disney Village by train. Ticket price 1,90€ / person or 16,90€ for 10 tickets. It's faster than the bus and there is much less waiting. The price of parking for one car is 30€.

After your stay, you can leave your luggage at the lockers located at the entrance to the Disneyland park or at the Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy train station. Please bring some change as there are no cash dispensers on site and the lockers do not give change, so you will need to make up the change. If your luggage is fragile, the cast member will stick a sticker on it to indicate this to his colleagues.

It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:

A) By the tenant:

The customer may cancel his reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 30 days of arrival. If the customer does not show up at the establishment, he will be billed the full amount of the reservation.

B) By the landlord:

The landlord must pay the entire trip in the event of cancellation on his part within 90 days of arrival, except in cases of force majeure. He will be required to pay the amount within seven days of the withdrawal.

Rules of the accommodation

Additional rules

PLEASE NOTE: Any violation of the internal regulations of our accommodation will entail additional costs of 50 € or more.

- Noise: as neighbors surround our property, keep noise down after 9pm. Think of them between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., they'll think of you ;). Parties and noise are forbidden 200€ PENALTIES will be applied in case of party or heavy noise.

- House Key & Remote: please return all keys & remotes in the designated area before your departure. Cost to replace keys and remote are expensive.

- Towels and Linens: please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand and bath towels with all skin products other than soap. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all counted laundry.

- Damage: any damage made to the property or a furnishing which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

- Unapproved Overnight Guest : only the specific amount of guests noted in the booking is allowed to at the property. A violation of this will result in the immediate removal of all overnight guests from the property without refund. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a 50 euros per guest fine will be charged.

- Kitchen must be cleaned and tidy upon departure. Dishes washed, trash taken in the containers located in front of the residence. Fees of 50€ will apply in case of non-respect of this rule.

- Cleaning: an additional cleaning fee of €90 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.

- I invite you to use only one bed per person or per couple, choose the one you prefer! Think "Green" (less wasted water and cleaning products).

- We remind you that it is forbidden to smoke in our accommodation; if this rule is not respected IN CASE OF SMELL OF SMOKE (tobacco or other) the sum of 200 euros will be required. Think that you are not our only guests to enjoy our apartment and that the smell of tobacco permeates everywhere.
