Beautiful flat on the beach of Mojácar. The flat has a fully equipped, modern kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a beautiful, open living room with dining area. From the spacious, private terrace, you have a beautiful view of the communal pool and the Mediterranean Sea.

Kitchen
The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, hand blender and various other kitchen utensils and appliances.

Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and also a spacious built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom
Both bathrooms have a large walk-in shower with shower screen.

Living area
Nicely furnished living room with dining area, air conditioning and patio doors leading to the front terrace.

Terrace
The furnished front terrace, off the living room, is a lovely partially shaded terrace where you can relax in the heat of the day or have a quiet breakfast or cool drink in the evening. The terrace has tables and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers for sunbathing and a lovely sea view.
