The cottage is conveniently located just a 5 minute drive, a short bus ride or a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Brodick beaches, local shops and restaurants and Brodick golf course are all on your doorstep. Cladach Visitor Centre and Brodick Castle are minutes away by car or an easy walk along the beach using the Fisherman’s Walk.

The property sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms including a double room with twin beds, a double with a stacker bed and a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. A travel cot is also available and can be comfortably positioned in any of the bedrooms. The main bathroom has a shower bath.

The dining kitchen is a light airy room looking out over the rear garden, Glenrosa Water, Brodick golf course and Goatfell. It is well equipped with Neff cooking appliances, a fridge freezer and dishwasher and ample space for family dining. The washing machine is in a separate utility room.

The front facing lounge is a comfortable and relaxing room with a TV and a log burner. The property boasts large front and rear gardens, perfect for children to play in or have a family BBQ. It boasts three bedrooms, one double, and two twin, with one of the twin rooms being convertible into a double. The lounge, dining room, modern kitchen, and bathroom, complete with both shower and bath, make it a perfect retreat for families or groups. The booking price includes all linens, towels, and energy costs. The garden is a combination of grass and plants on a slight slope and is completely secure for children, as there is no entry or exit at the front. Short breaks are available outside of the summer and high season, including Christmas and New Year.

The flat is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the local amenities and public transportation. If you're planning a stay at the Isle of Arran, this flat is a great place to base yourself. You can park your vehicle at the rear of the property on Alma Road.
