Airlie Gardens is a stunning villa located in the lower part of Brodick on the Isle of Arran, built in the 1920s. The property offers breathtaking views of the bay, Goatfell, the castle, and beyond, as it sits atop the town. It boasts three bedrooms, one double, and two twin, with one of the twin rooms being convertible into a double. The lounge, dining room, modern kitchen, and bathroom, complete with both shower and bath, make it a perfect retreat for families or groups. The booking price includes all linens, towels, and energy costs. The garden is a combination of grass and plants on a slight slope and is completely secure for children, as there is no entry or exit at the front. Short breaks are available outside of the summer and high season, including Christmas and New Year.

Brodick beaches, local shops and restaurants and Brodick golf course are all on your doorstep. The property sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms including a double room with twin beds, a double with a stacker bed and a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite shower room. A travel cot is also available and can be comfortably positioned in any of the bedrooms. The main bathroom has a shower bath.

The dining kitchen is a light airy room looking out over the rear garden, Glenrosa Water, Brodick golf course and Goatfell. It is well equipped with Neff cooking appliances, a fridge freezer and dishwasher and ample space for family dining. The washing machine is in a separate utility room.

The front facing lounge is a comfortable and relaxing room with a TV and a log burner. The property boasts large front and rear gardens, perfect for children to play in or have a family BBQ. After a rewarding day out sightseeing, cycling or walking, unwind and relax with a wander down to the bottom of the back garden to watch the ducks, swans and herons on the Glenrosa Water.
