Casa Carmina is a spacious 250 m² house spread over three levels, offering large living spaces for everyone's comfort.

Living Room : Equipped with sofas, armchairs, tables, and a television, the living room is ideal for relaxing and spending time together.

Terrace: A large terrace awaits you for convivial moments, equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker.

Bedrooms : The house has five spacious bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with a single bed (105 cm). Three bedrooms, located upstairs, are furnished with double beds, and a fifth bedroom in the basement is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Bathrooms : Each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sinks. A hairdryer is available in bathroom.

Exterior: A large garage with a laundry area (dryer and washing machine) is at your disposal. You can also enjoy a 2000 m² community garden space with a pool and barbecue, shared with 4 other houses.

The house is fully air-conditioned with adjustable settings per floor for optimal comfort.

Upon your arrival, we assure you a personalized welcome with the beds already made, a temperature adjusted to the season (reversible air conditioning), and welcome gifts, as well as information about the surrounding area (places to visit).

The house is fully equipped with bath towels (large and small). For the beach or pool, we provide towels, a parasol, and folding chairs.

You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi internet access (fiber optic) and final cleaning at the end of your stay.
