The Corfu Town Luxury Studios (CTLS) is a complex of 4 spacious, fully equiped apartments in Corfu Town, very near the sea. The Studio C is the largest (85 sq.m.,it can host up to 6 persons in 2 bedrooms and 1 living room) and Studio D is the smallest (30 sq.m., it can host up to 2 persons). They are situated in the Anemomilos neibourghood of the Corfu Town, only a few steps from the sea and the beach and less than 1 km from the  Historical Center of the town.  They are all new constructions. 
The area ,where the apartments are found, is an old traditional and touristic part of the town that is called Anemomilos (=windmill) and is ideal for anyone how wants to be in Corfu town, but also near the sea and the beach, without having to take a car to go for swimming. The on street parking is free in the area and usualy much easier to find than in the old town center. One may easily visit the old town center (the Liston) on foot, walking along the usualy crowed seaside promenade for about 10 min  or by taking the bus that passes right outside the apartments. 
In the area are found many restaurants and cafes.
