- The client will have to pay 50% of the total price at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable.
- Within 7 days prior to arrival, the other 50% will be charged.
- If the client cancels 7 days prior to arrival he/she will be refunded 50%.
- If the client cancels within 7 days to arrival he/she will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- If the client's credit card is denied on the second 50% charge, we will notify him/her to modify the credit card or give us a new one, otherwise we cancel the reservation within 24 hours.
- Requests for cancellations must be notified by e-mail.

Groups: Reservations of 4 or more people will require a deposit of 200€ per room.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests should minimize noise from 22:00 to 09:00.
Lost cards: 40 euros per set
Excessive mess/cleaning: 50 euros to 500 euros
Damage to property and furniture: repair/replacement costs + administrative costs of at least 100 euros
Noise complaint: 200 euros
Smoking: 150 euros per smoky room
