- The client will have to pay 50% of the total price at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable.
- Within 7 days prior to arrival, the other 50% will be charged.
- If the client cancels 7 days prior to arrival he/she will be refunded 50%.
- If the client cancels within 7 days to arrival he/she will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- If the client does not show up, he/she will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- If the client's credit card is denied on the second 50% charge, we will notify him/her to modify the credit card or give us a new one, otherwise we cancel the reservation within 24 hours.
- Requests for cancellations must be notified by e-mail.

House rules:

Access to the flat will be between 17:00 and 21:00.
If the arrival is later than 21:00 a surcharge of 20€ will be charged.
After 00:00, Check In is not allowed. In case of emergency or force majeure delay, Check In will be possible with a charge of 40€.

Smoking, parties and access with any type of pet is forbidden.
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 8:00. The flat is located in an old building and we ask for respect for the neighbours of the building.
Baby cradle: 10 euros per night (subject to availability. It is necessary to make the request in advance).

Charges/fines:
Loss of keys: 40€ per set
Excessive mess: 50€ to 500€.
Late check-out: 50€ per hour after check-out time.
Damage to property and furnishings: repair/replacement costs + administrative costs: from 100€.
Noise claim: 200€.
Police call for any incident: 1000€.
Smoking: 250€.
