You will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel your reservation. If you do not show up at the property, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Standard 30 days
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. You will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. If you do not show up at the property, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Flexible 3 days
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. You will be required to pay the full amount of the reservation if you cancel less than 3 days before arrival. If you do not show up at the property, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Mandatory ID document to be presented upon arrival,

Additional person €50/pers/night,

No noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Noisy, even during the day, is prohibited,

The accommodation must be left clean, the dishwasher and the trash cans must be emptied before departure, the dishes must be put away,

Animals are accepted with a supplement of 12€,

Arrival before 5 p.m. possible with a supplement of €12, subject to availability,

A security deposit in the form of a bank loan in the amount of €400 will be requested upon your arrival,

We reserve the right to charge repair costs if the accommodation is damaged,

The accommodation is non-smoking,
