Payment and Cancellation Policy

When booking, you pay 50% upfront, the rest 30 days before arrival. If you book within 30 days or stay only 1–2 nights, the full amount is due immediately.

You can cancel free of charge by email within 24 hours of booking and get a full refund.

Up to 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund. For cancellations later than that, we refund 50% — less than 14 days before arrival, no refund.

Some rates have their own rules, which you can always find in the rate description.

Check-in is from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. If you want to arrive earlier or later, just give us a quick heads-up.
