There is also a winter dining room of approximately 50 m², with fireplace and piano, where a double bed could be added if needed. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. On the roof level, there is a private swimming pool area, featuring a terrace with spectacular sea views, a sunbathing area and a leisure space. On a higher level, there is a gas barbecue area and an outdoor summer dining area. The house also includes an independent studio apartment, equipped with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The total capacity of the house is 8 guests. Outside, there is a children’s play area with a trampoline, sandpit and table tennis. Several access points allow for hiking in the Montgrí Natural Park.
