Payment Terms
A 35% non-refundable or transferable deposit is required to secure the booking if booked more than 30 days in advance.

The balance will be automatically collected 30 days prior to arrival. Once paid, the stay becomes fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are charged in full at the time of booking and are wholly non-refundable and non-transferable.

For all non-refundable rates, we recommend that guests consider travel insurance in the event they are unable to stay.
