CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount of the stay is refunded up to 60 days before the start of the stay.
The 50% deposit, paid at the time of booking, is not refunded.

In order to benefit from a refund of 50% of the accommodation costs, the cancellation must be notified sixty full days before the date of arrival indicated in this contract.

If the tenant arrives after or decides to leave before the planned dates, the nights not spent in the property will not be reimbursed.
