The reception is open 7 days a week, and check-in is possible until 10:00 PM. For late check-in, please contact us.
Off-road parking is reserved for guests. One parking spot for the bungalow and two for the villa are available.
An additional vehicle may be possible under exceptional circumstances.
Baby cots and high chairs are subject to availability.
No extra beds can be installed.
Parties/events are not allowed, and guests should avoid making noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The guest agrees to leave the accommodation upon departure in the same state of cleanliness as it was found upon arrival.
Any missing or damaged items will be charged for repair or replacement.
No personal items are covered by the "Villa Déhé" insurance.
The use of the pool is exclusively reserved for guests with prior authorization. Usage hours are flexible as long as the peace and well-being of all guests are respected.
Children are under the strict responsibility of their parents.
Only resident guests are allowed to enjoy the facilities of Villa Déhé. Friends or relatives of guests may be invited after prior agreement.
Any contract between the Seller and the Client is subject to French law, including the definition of jurisdictional competence.
Payment Obligation:
Any online reservation implies an obligation to pay a 25% deposit by the buyer. A reservation is considered firm and definitive, and the contract is formed upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation:
Any reservation can be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date at the Gîte. The deposit will be fully refunded if paid by bank transfer or in cash. If paid by card or PayPal, a 3% deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover transaction fees. Beyond these 30 days, the full amount of the reservation will be due.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L.221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal when contracting remotely.
