Deposit payment:
- For bookings made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, to secure the reservation a pre-payment of 20% of the total booking amount is charged as a deposit to the credit card used to secure the booking. The remaining 80% balance will be charged 60 days prior to the check-in date to the same card used to secure the booking. 
- For bookings made 60 days or less prior to the check-in date, to secure the reservation a pre-payment of 100% of the total booking amount is charged as a deposit to the credit card used to secure the booking.

Cancellation fee policy:
- 20% of the total booking amount if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date. The 20% deposit payment will not be refunded.
- 100% of the total booking amount if cancelled 60 days or less prior to the check-in date (and for no-shows). The 100% deposit payment will not be refunded.
