Direct reservations with Atlantic House are only confirmed after payment verification.
The payment amount at the time of booking is equal to 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Fourteen days (14) days before the check-in date, we charge the remaining 50%.
After confirmation of payment, an email is sent with the booking confirmation.

Cancellation policy: Note: All prices include VAT at a rate of 4%. The reservation can be cancelled until 00:00 hours (Azores Time) of the 14 days preceding the check-in date, and the refund amount will be equal to the amount paid at the time of reservation minus the fees already charged by PAYPAL or Stripe (-3.7%). In case of changes to the reservation or no-show within a period less than 14 days before the check-in date, the deposited amount will not be refunded.
