The Space
Spanning 179 sqm, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen makes dining at home easy. Our team is available if you need anything during your stay, but equally we respect your privacy at all times.


CHECK IN / OUT

Check in is from 3pm to 8pm, please let us know beforehand of your likely arrival time. Check out is before 11am. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

A 5,000 THB deposit is payable at or before check in, which will be returned at check out, minus the cost of utilities and any damaged or lost items. 

ELECTRICITY AND WATER

NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. Electricity use is included, except for stays of 28 nights or more, when it is charged additionally based on meter readings.

Water and WiFi are included in your rental fee.

CARD PAYMENTS

All card payments, including deposits, are subject to a 4% administration fee, something charged by card payment provider not ourselves. You are welcome to use cash or a Thai bank account free for any transaction with us. 

SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment at all times. This includes in and around doorways, and ensuring smoke does not drift inside. 

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas on the terrace using the ashtrays provided. Please be respectful, and dispose of any smoking items properly. 

Any violation of smoking house rules will result in having to pay the full cost of any cleaning and repairs and the minimum fine is 10,000 THB.

SUITE CAPACITY

The maximum capacity is 4 adults, or adults with children combined. Children are very welcome, however please note the apartment has a private pool without a safety fence. 

HOUSEKEEPING / FOOD PREPARATION AND DELIVERY

Bedding and towels are provided for you. A light housekeeping service is included every 3–4 days,  including fresh towel replacement, bin emptying and a light refresh to ensure the villa remains pristine. Bed linen is refreshed once per week for longer bookings.

Additional housekeeping or maid services plus food delivery and preparation services are available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact our team anytime for further information about our services.

POOL CARE

Pool maintenance and care may occur during your stay - typically once or twice per week. We'll notify you in advance.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

PARTIES AND QUIET HOURS

No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 

KEYS AND CARDS

Please take good care of the villa keys, security gate remote and any other access cards provided. There is a 3,000 THB fee for replacing each of them not returned to us at check out.


GUEST RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY 

Guests are fully responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their stay at Angsana. The host and property owners shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or theft that may occur on the premises or while using any of the villa’s facilities (including the swimming pool, garden, and terraces).

Guests agree to take appropriate precautions, especially when supervising children or using the pool. Please secure all valuables and ensure doors and windows are locked when the villa is unattended.

By confirming this reservation, guests accept full liability for any damage or loss caused by themselves or their guests and agree to cover associated costs if required.
