Our small pretty Cottage in the grounds of Downlands House offers Self-Catering accommodation with one double bedroom with Freeview colour TV and en suite bathroom. Although no longer assessed we maintain a 3 star standard.There is a comfortable L-shaped living/dining room. The sitting area has a colour TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There are two small (two-seater) sofa-beds that can sleep two children or up to four very young children all under 6 years old so although compact, it is ideally suited for a couple with or without children. The dining area is furnished with a solid pine table and chairs. There is space for a cot if required & one travel cot is offered subject to availability. There is a fully equipped, small fitted kitchen.Guests have the use of a private garden and separate large patio both of which are well fenced for dogs. Also provided is a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron & ironing board and small deep freezer. Well behaved dogs are welcome with a small charge of £20 per dog with a maximum of three dogs per cottage. Please be aware that owners are held responsible for their dogs and any damage they may cause. The Cottage is a no smoking environment. There is plenty of parking space. There is a free WiFi broadband connection to the internet. All linens (not baby bedding for the cot) and towels as well as heating and equipment is included – all you need to bring is your clothes and food!!
