PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These conditions apply to all bookings for accommodation (gîte, guesthouse) and/or farm activities. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PRICING
Prices are stated in euros including all taxes, per person or as a package. The price includes elements specified in the contract: water and electricity charges, bed linen and towels.
Unless otherwise stated, it does not include: tourist tax, transportation, meals, optional insurance, personal expenses.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking methods:

Online on our website
By phone, email or in person

Payment methods:

Credit card (via Stripe)
Bank check
Bank transfer (fees charged to customer)
Cash
French holiday vouchers (ANCV)

Confirmation: Booking is confirmed after payment according to offer conditions. A quote alone does not guarantee availability.
Modification: €50 administrative fee for changes outside offer conditions.
Balance and additional services: Balance and tourist tax payable on arrival day. Services added during stay payable by departure at latest.
Gift vouchers:

Valid for 1 year from issue date
Usable online (code) or offline (voucher number)
Non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash
If service amount is less than voucher, difference remains with host


ACCOMMODATION - SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Arrival and inventory:
Arrive at agreed time. If delayed, notify host. Detailed inventory provided. Any remarks about accommodation condition must be reported immediately upon arrival.
Security deposit:
€300 required on arrival (check, cash or card imprint). Returned within 48h after departure, minus any damage costs.
Maintenance and return:

Current cleaning is guest's responsibility during stay
Return accommodation in good condition
Dishes done, small appliances cleaned
Report any damage immediately

Occupancy conditions:

Residential use only (temporary and leisure residence)
Maximum capacity defined in booking
Respect quiet hours (especially 10pm-9am)
Non-smoking accommodations
Children remain under parents' responsibility in common areas
Subletting strictly prohibited
Parties and outside guests: prior approval required

Pets:
Dogs accepted (except treehouse) under conditions:

No access to beds, sofas, armchairs
Never left alone in accommodation
Kept on leash on property


FARM ACTIVITIES - SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Booking: Written confirmation with schedule and instructions sent by email or SMS.
Access conditions:

Age restrictions possible depending on activity
Minimum/maximum number of participants required
Appropriate physical condition
Suitable clothing

Equipment: For basket weaving workshops, materials provided. Creations remain participant's property.
Cancellation by guest: Cancellation conditions according to booked offer. Host retains all or part of amounts paid.
Cancellation by host: Possible in case of unfavorable weather, force majeure, insufficient participants or instructor unavailability. Guest chooses between rescheduling, full refund or 1-year credit.
Liability:

Participation at own risk
Public liability insurance required
Minor children under accompanying adults' responsibility
Respect safety instructions and conduct rules


CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
By guest:
Possible anytime before service. Cancellation fees according to offer schedule. In case of "no show" with guaranteed booking, full amount charged.
Exception: full refund in case of force majeure.
Gift vouchers: Non-refundable after expiration. Extension possible with proof (serious illness, death, force majeure).
By host:
Same conditions as for guest, except force majeure or non-compliance with contractual obligations. Alternative solution proposed when possible.
Stay interruption:

Accommodation: price acquired by host (only security deposit and tourist tax pro-rata refunded)
Activity: no refund except force majeure


NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article L.221-28 of French Consumer Code, guest has no right of withdrawal for accommodation services and leisure activities to be provided on a specific date.

INSURANCE
Guest is responsible for damage caused.
Accommodation: Holiday home insurance required. Certificate may be requested on arrival.
Activities: Public liability insurance required. Verify that activities are covered.

JOINT LIABILITY CLAUSE
Accommodation: Occupants of same accommodation are jointly liable.
Group activities: Each participant individually responsible, unless designated group leader accepts joint liability.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Data collected: Name, contact details, family composition, payment methods.
Purposes: Booking management, service execution, accounting, commercial communication, activity and gift voucher management.
Retention: Maximum 5 years.

FORCE MAJEURE
Any unforeseeable and irresistible event leads to contract suspension. Affected party must immediately inform the other party.

DISPUTES
For any complaint, contact host to find amicable agreement. These conditions are subject to French law.

ENTIRETY
In case of contradiction between booking contract and T&Cs, booking contract provisions prevail.
