The space

This modern one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate 2–3 people for incredible holidays. Overlooking the endless sea, the tremendous mountain range and the tranquil town of Calpe, it is situated on the 5th floor of the beachfront residential complex Atlantico. There is air conditioning. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen.

The building is located 1 minutes from the promenade, which goes along the main sandy beach, Arenal. Every year, the beaches of Calpe receive the Blue Flag. Everything is within walking distance — the supermarket (2 min), the bus station, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés on the promenade. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price. 

The town port with its famous fish restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. All along the beach, there’s a promenade with a variety of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.
