This modern and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate two adults for incredible holidays. You’ll be able to enjoy the spectacular sea and city views. A parking space and Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price.

The space

This modern one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate 2–3 people for incredible holidays. Overlooking the endless sea, the tremendous mountain range and the tranquil town of Calpe, it is situated on the 10th floor of the beachfront residential complex Coral Beach. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace.

The building is located 5 minutes from the promenade, which goes along the main sandy beach, La Fossa. Every year, the beaches of Calpe receive the Blue Flag. Everything is within walking distance — the supermarket (2 min), the bus station, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés on the promenade. The swimming pool is situated in the private residential area. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price. You’ll also have your own parking space on the complex territory. The apartment has been fully renewed in 2025.

There is a gym with exercise equipment on the premises, and the building also has a work room and a billiard room.

The town port with its famous fish restaurants is a 15-minute walk away. All along the beach, there’s a promenade with a variety of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.

This apartment is perfect for the winter season too — on cold days, sunlight enters directly into the living room and the bedroom through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
