The space

Modern comfortable one-bedroom apartment, designed for comfortable accommodation of two or three people. Residential complex Turmalina is located on the first line. Fully air-conditioned, kitchen equipped with everything necessary. Large terrace. The house is located right on the large sandy beach La Fossa. Every year the beaches of Calpe receive the "blue flag".

Everything is within walking distance – a supermarket in the neighboring building, a bus stop, cafes and restaurants along the entire promenade. Swimming pool in the closed territory of the house, a garden next to the pool, mini golf, two tennis courts. WiFi Internet (fiber optic) is included in the rental price. Private parking space on the territory of a neighboring residential complex (for an additional fee).

The port of Calpe with its famous fish restaurants is a 10-minute walk away. Along the entire beach there is a pedestrian promenade, on which there are cafes, restaurants, shops.

In the apartment there are bedroom, a terrace and a living room with a sea view. Fully equipped kitchen.

High-speed fibre optic Internet (100 Mb/sec).

If you need to smoke, please do it on the terrace. Don’t throw cigarette butts and other sorts of rubbish from the apartment’s windows and the terrace. You’ll find an ashtray in one of the kitchen’s cupboards.

Observe silence not only inside the apartment but also in the building and within the residential area.
