The Property

This modern one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate 2–3 people for a relaxing vacation. Located on the 9th floor of the beachfront residential complex Apolo 16, it offers stunning views of the endless sea and the iconic Peñón de Ifach.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building is situated directly on Calpe’s large sandy beach — La Fossa — which is awarded the Blue Flag every year.

Everything is within walking distance: a supermarket in the neighbouring building, a bus stop, and numerous cafés, bars and restaurants along the promenade. The complex features a private pool and a small garden. Fibre-optic WiFi (600 Mbps) is included in the rental price. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025.

The town port with its famous fish restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away. A pedestrian promenade stretches along the entire beach and is lined with bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.

A private parking space in the underground garage of the building is included in the rental price.

Guest access

You’ll have access to the bedroom, a terrace with sea and mountain views, and a living room with a dining area including a table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped.

House rules

  • Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
  • Do not throw cigarette butts or rubbish from the windows or the terrace.
  • Ashtrays can be found in the kitchen cupboards.
  • Please respect quiet hours both inside the apartment and throughout the building and common areas.
