The Property
Modern one-bedroom apartment, designed for comfortable accommodation of three adults. The Amatista residential complex is located on the beachfront, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Calpe. The apartment is on the 10th floor and offers panoramic sea views.
Fully air-conditioned, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building is located on a pedestrian promenade, with the beach directly in front. Calpe’s beaches are awarded the “Blue Flag” every year.
Everything is within walking distance – supermarket (5 min), bus stop, cafés and restaurants along the entire promenade. The complex features a communal swimming pool within a gated area and a concierge service. Fibre-optic WiFi is included in the rental price. There is also a private parking space within the complex.
Calpe harbour, famous for its fish restaurants, is just a 7-minute walk away. The pedestrian promenade runs along the entire beach and is lined with cafés, restaurants, and shops.
These apartments are also ideal in winter, as the sun shines directly into the living room and bedroom through panoramic glazing, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
