The space

Modern 2-bedroom apartment designed for comfortable accommodation of four people. The new residential complex Silver Tower (built in 2023) is located just a 5-minute walk from Arenal Bol beach and the port of Calpe. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offers sea views. It is fully air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace. Every year, Calpe’s beaches are awarded the Blue Flag. Everything is within walking distance — supermarket (5 minutes), bus stop, cafes and restaurants along the entire promenade. WiFi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the rental price. Underground parking space in the building. The port of Calpe with its famous fish restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. The pedestrian promenade with cafés, restaurants and shops stretches along the entire beach.

Guest access

You’ll have access to 2 bedrooms, a terrace with sea view, and a living room with a dining area and table.

High-speed fibre optic internet access.

If you need to smoke, please do so only on the terrace. Do not throw cigarette butts or other rubbish off the balcony. You’ll find ashtrays in the kitchen cupboards. Please respect quiet hours not only inside the apartment but also in the building and on the complex grounds.
