The property is situated directly on the pedestrian promenade of the Arenal-Bol sandy beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag every year. All amenities are within walking distance – supermarket, bus stop, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés along the seafront. Calpe port with its famous fish restaurants is just 15 minutes away on foot.
