Modern, comfortable apartments in a building with direct sea views.

The Apolo 16 residential complex is located on the beachfront. We offer 4 apartments in this building. One-bedroom apartments are on the 6th and 8th floors, and two-bedroom apartments are on the 11th and 14th floors. Higher floors offer direct sea views. All apartments are fully air-conditioned, and the kitchens are fully equipped. The building is located directly on the large sandy beach of La Fossa.

Each apartment has a large terrace. Fiber-optic WiFi (600 Mbps) is included in the rental price.

Parking is available on the residential complex grounds (for an additional fee).

Accommodation

The Apolo 16 residential complex is located on the beachfront. Calpe's beaches are awarded the Blue Flag every year.

Everything is within walking distance: a supermarket in the adjacent building, a bus stop, cafes, and restaurants along the promenade. The swimming pool is in a gated courtyard, and a well-maintained garden is nearby.

Calpe Port, with its famous seafood restaurants, is a 5-minute walk away. A pedestrian promenade with cafes, restaurants, and shops runs along the beach.

Guest amenities

Each apartment includes: 1 or 2 bedrooms, a terrace with sea and mountain views, and a living room with a dining area, table, and four chairs.

House Rules

Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
Do not throw cigarette butts or litter downstairs.
Ashtrays are located in the kitchen cabinets.
Please keep quiet not only in the apartment but also in the hallways and throughout the complex.

Stays of up to 10 days are considered tourist accommodation and are subject to a tourist contract.

For stays longer than 10 days, a seasonal rental agreement is concluded in accordance with Decreto Ley 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana.

The availability and timing of free cancellation depend on the terms and conditions you selected when booking.
If cancellation is possible, the deposit will be fully refunded; bank charges are the responsibility of the guest.

Check in/out time
Check-in from 16:00 to 23:00, and check-out until 11:00 (local time). The time can be changed subject to availability only by prior arrangement.

Linen, shower towels, beach towels. In case of long-term rental (more than two weeks) you will receive two sets of bed linen and shower towels. In addition, the use of electricity is included if you do not spend more than 35 euros a week - this corresponds to a moderate use.

Obligations and responsibility of the tenant
You must not disturb the neighbors or damage any object that is inside the apartment or in the urbanization. About any type of rupture, breakdown, etc. notify our representative immediately. When leaving the house at the end of your vacation, it is necessary to leave the house in good condition with complete and clean crockery.

We ask you not to smoke inside the house. If you need it, please do it only on the terrace.

Others
In the event that the house was left in poor condition (dirty dishes, garbage inside the house), the price of an extra cleaning (40 euros) will be deducted from the deposit.
If you exceed the norm of electricity use (more than 35 euros/week) the difference will be deducted from the deposit. The price of electricity is 0.40 euros/kWh
