The Property
This modern one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate two adults for a relaxing vacation. It is located on the 10th floor of the beachfront residential complex Apolo 17 and offers stunning sea views.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features electric heating. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace. The building is situated directly on Calpe’s large sandy beach — La Fossa — which is awarded the Blue Flag every year.
Everything is within walking distance: a supermarket in the neighbouring building, a bus stop, and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants along the promenade. The complex offers a private pool and a small garden. High-speed Wi-Fi via fibre optic (100 Mbps) is included in the price. The apartment was fully renovated in 2018.
Calpe’s harbour, known for its fish restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away. A pedestrian promenade stretches along the entire beach and is lined with cafés, restaurants and shops.
A parking space in the residential complex is available for rent at an additional cost.
