The apartment is on the 8th floor. Panoramic view of the sea. Fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is equipped with all essentials. Large terrace. The pool you can use is located in the next building 2 minutes on foot.
Every year the beaches of Calpe receive a "blue flag". Everything is within walking distance – a supermarket 5 minutes on foot, a bus stop, cafes and restaurants along the entire promenade. WiFi internet (fiber optic) is included in the rental price. 2-car garage. The apartments were fully updated in 2023. The port of Calpe with its famous fish restaurants is 5 minutes by foot. Along the entire beach there is a pedestrian promenade, where cafes, restaurants, shops are located.
