The space

A comfortable double apartment designed for a comfortable stay of four people. The Calpe Place residential complex is located on the first line, just a 5-minute walk from La Fossa beach. The apartment is on the 7th floor and offers a direct sea view. There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. A terrace with sea view.

The building is located on a pedestrian promenade, just 2 minutes from the beach. Every year the beaches of Calpe are awarded the Blue Flag. Everything is within walking distance: supermarket (5 minutes), bus stop, cafés and restaurants all along the promenade.

There is a swimming pool in the private area of the complex. Concierge service available. WiFi internet (fiber optic) is included in the rental price. The apartment was updated in 2023. The port of Calpe with its famous seafood restaurants is just 15 minutes away on foot.

This apartment is also ideal for winter stays, as during these months sunlight directly enters the living room and bedroom through panoramic glazing, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere for a comfortable stay.
