This modern and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate two adults for incredible holidays. You’ll be able to enjoy the spectacular panoramic sea views. Close to the centre of Calpe. A parking space and Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price.

The space

This modern one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate two adults (with no children) for incredible holidays. Overlooking the endless sea, the tremendous mountain range and the tranquil town of Calpe, it is situated on the 8th floor of the beachfront residential complex CalpeMar. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace.

The building is located directly on the promenade, which goes along the main sandy beach, Arenal Bol. Every year, the beaches of Calpe receive the Blue Flag. Everything is within walking distance: the supermarket (5 min), the bus station, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés on the promenade. The swimming pool is situated in the private residential area. The building has janitor service.

High-speed Wi-Fi Internet (fibre optic) is included in the price. You’ll also have your own parking space on the complex territory. The apartment has been fully renewed in 2020. The town port with its famous fish restaurants is in a seven-minute walk. All along the beach, there’s a promenade with a variety of bars, cafés, restaurants and shops.

This apartment is perfect for winter season too since, these cold days, the sunlight enters through a floor-to-ceiling window directly into the living room and the bedroom, and warms up the flat and makes it feel very cozy.
