The house is located 10 minutes from La Fossa beach, awarded the Blue Flag every year. Two large supermarkets (Mercadona and Consum) are just 5 minutes away. Thanks to the quiet surroundings, you can fully enjoy both private patios: one facing southeast (with sun loungers and an outdoor shower), the other northwest (with a summer kitchen and dining area) — so you get sunlight throughout the day. All main rooms are air-conditioned (with cooling and heating modes), and have electric heaters. There’s also a gas fireplace in the living room. Fibre optic Wi-Fi (400 Mb/s) is included in the rental price.
The pedestrian promenade of La Fossa is also 10 minutes away — perfect for evening walks, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The urbanisation includes a large swimming pool for residents only. A bus stop is located nearby. You can walk to the port of Calpe and its famous fish restaurants in about 20 minutes. Accommodation capacity: 4–5 people.

If you need to smoke, please do so only outdoors. Do not throw cigarette butts or rubbish around the property. An ashtray is available near the fireplace. Please observe quiet hours inside the house and within the community areas.
