* Our property does not have facilities for children, a playground or sports field
* Smoking is prohibited on the entire property
* We try to limit traffic on our premises as much as possible. Therefore, we ask our guests to park their cars outside on the street.
* The pool is a non-heated outdoor pool. It´s open from May through September from 9:30 till 19:30.

* When you book with us, you pay the total amount of your stay to confirm the reservation. Tourist tax must be paid on site
* Cancellation is possible up to 45 days before arrival, after that we charge 20% of the total amount
* If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, we will charge the total amount
* For refunds, we always charge a 5% transaction fee
