[Requests Upon Arrival & Neighborhood Consideration]
Our facility is located in a quiet residential area. Please avoid checking in late at night or early in the morning.
When entering or leaving, please be mindful of the neighbors. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping your voices down and carrying your suitcases instead of rolling them to minimize noise.

[Check-in / Check-out Instructions]
・After booking, please send us your guest list via email. Once received, we will send you the key box PIN code the day before or on the day of your arrival.
・Upon arrival, please press the intercom to notify us. You can then retrieve the key from the key box to enter.
・When checking out, please press the intercom again to notify us, lock the door, and return the key to the key box.
*Note: Our staff may visit the property to verify your identity after your arrival notification or before your check-out time.

[Strictly No Unregistered Guests]
In accordance with safety management, the Hotel Business Act, and the Fire Service Act, we strictly prohibit anyone other than registered guests from entering the premises (both inside the building and on the property).
If unauthorized persons are found on the premises, we will charge the following:
・Additional accommodation fee (Accommodation fee per person × Number of unauthorized persons × Number of nights)
・Special cleaning fees, actual costs for any property damage, and emergency response fees (if applicable).
In malicious cases or if unauthorized entry by a third party is confirmed, we will immediately terminate the accommodation contract for safety reasons and ask you to vacate the property. Depending on the situation, we may also report the incident to the police. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and safe environment.

[Damages and Stains]
If you break or stain anything in the facility, please be sure to contact us before check-out. In many cases, our facility's insurance can cover the damage. Please note that if damage is discovered after you have checked out, you may be required to pay the actual costs out of pocket.
