→ Entering the premises: from 5pm
→ Check-out: before 10am
→ Deposit of CHF300 by credit card imprint
→ Non-smoking accommodation (CHF300 penalty in the event of a finding of fact)
→ No partying or parties (penalty of 300 CHF if facts established)
→ The Tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, particularly between 10pm and 8am.
→ Pets accepted (CHF 50/night/pet)
→ Use of equipment is the responsibility of the Tenant

It is agreed that in case of cancellation/withdrawal :

* Flexible 5 days Offer :

from the Tenant :
- more than 5 days before the start of the lease, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit collected (50% of the reservation amount)

- less than 5 days before the lease takes effect, the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit received at the time of reservation, representing the total amount of the stay, minus the cleaning fees and tourist tax

of the Landlord :
- within 7 days following the cancellation, the Landlord is required to pay double the total amount of the stay

Terms of payment :
- 50% at time of order
- balance 5 days before check-in
