§ 3 Termination/Cancellation
1. Termination or cancellation is not possible.
2. The guest is obligated to compensate for any resulting damages to the host.
3. The guest may demonstrate a lesser amount of damages to the landlord.

§ 1 Scope of Services of the Landlord (Host)
1. The host and guest become contracting parties due to the rental activity. The host may reject a guest's booking for personal reasons.
2. The host is entitled to rebook the reservations to an equivalent or higher-value accommodation in the immediate vicinity.
3. The host is not a tour operator within the meaning of § 651a of the German Civil Code (BGB).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract, Payment, Default
1. A written booking confirmation by the landlord or their authorized representative creates a binding claim for the guest to rent the confirmed accommodation for the chosen period. See point 2 of § 1.
2. For last-minute bookings up to 6 days before arrival, the payment receipt must be sent by email to the provided email address before key handover.
3. For all other bookings (extensions), the full rent is due before the start of the new booking period.

§ 3 Termination/Cancellation

§ 4 Data Protection and Confidentiality
1. The host collects and stores the guest's data in accordance with § 28 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in order to fulfill their duties as a host.
2. By providing contact information in the booking form/email inquiry, the guest agrees to the processing of their data within the scope of the booking process.
3. Furthermore, the host undertakes to treat all obtained guest data confidentially. In particular, the disclosure of data to third parties for advertising purposes is excluded.
4. Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and, in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest, also with existing customers. For this purpose, we cooperate with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss, from whom we receive the necessary data. § 5 Liability / Disclaimer
1. The intermediary is solely liable for its mediation activities. Within the scope of its mediation activities, the intermediary is liable for the completeness and accuracy of the data it forwards.
2. The host is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure and transmission failures in electronic data transmission (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
3. The landlord assumes no responsibility for damages suffered by the guest in the accommodation, especially due to theft or accidents. The guest's liability insurance is relied upon in such cases.
4. The host assumes no liability for any loss of the guest's belongings, except for liability for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of contract by the host.

§ 6 Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
1. The place of performance for all claims is Coburg.
2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Coburg.

§ 7 Use of the Property
The properties may only be used for residential purposes.

§ 8 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these General Mediation Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall not be affected.
