Reservations for guest rooms may be changed or cancelled unconditionally up to the day of arrival.

Failure to check in after the scheduled arrival time will be considered as a complete cancellation for the entire stay, and the Establishment will not be obliged to ensure that the selected temporary accommodation remains available.

Your accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Prices include all charges (cleaning products supplied).

Payment of the balance, if any, will be processed in accordance with Terres de Barréjat's terms and conditions.


Conditions of Sale :

By taking a Reservation You agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and confirm that You are over eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to make and pay for Your Reservation.


Reservations :

We manage Your Reservations and Your payments

Your Booking establishes a contract between us as soon as it is accepted. Your Reservation will be considered accepted and definitive when You have received the Confirmation.



Balance :

The price of the Reservation is based on the number of nights, dates and type of rooms specified in Your Confirmation.

Where a payment of less than the total value of the Reservation is made, any remaining balance must be paid by You, either at the time of Your arrival (check-in), at the time of Your departure (check-out) or at any other directly agreed time.

As soon as Your Reservation is confirmed, a Reservation number is sent to You in Your Confirmation. This Reservation number is required to cancel or modify Your Reservation at a later date and for all Your communications with the Establishment. The total price of the Reservation is expressed in the currency indicated on Your Confirmation and on the screen at the time of payment of Your Reservation and includes all taxes applicable on the date of the Reservation, including without limitation VAT, sales taxes, and local or special taxes detailed on Your Confirmation. These taxes are subject to change according to the legislation in force (insofar as this change in legislation was not in the public domain at the time the Reservation was made).

Any additional products or services selected when booking may also be added to the total value of Your Booking.


Availability:

In the event of an availability error, We will inform You of such an error as soon as possible and will immediately refund to You all payments that We have received for that Booking. In the very rare event that We are unable to provide You with temporary accommodation corresponding to the description and conditions mentioned in Your Confirmation, We will offer You replacement services. If the price of the proposed replacement service is lower than the price advertised on the Site, the difference will be reimbursed to You. If the rate applicable to the replacement services is higher than the rate advertised on the Site, the Establishment will pay the resulting price supplements.




Payment:

All Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or other payment method accepted online at the time of booking.

ATTENTION - Your credit card details are processed in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

Any deposit payable at the time of booking, will be debited at the time of Booking and charged to Your card or via any other payment method offered online.

Any deposit payable after booking but before arrival, will be debited in accordance with the dates and payment rules detailed on Your Confirmation.

Any remaining balance will be invoiced and debited on site by Terres de Barréjat, on arrival or departure, as well as any additional products or services consumed during Your stay.

Vacation vouchers are accepted at Barréjat.
