Smoking is allowed, but only outside the houses.
No glass containers or glasses are allowed in the pool area.
Use of premises is permitted only for the guests indicated in the reservation.
Additional damage deposit may be required for special events such as Envision Festival, New Year's, etc. All events need to be pre-approved by our team.
The Uvita Bali Bosque team is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
A deposit is due before arrival. A member of the team will contact you after you book with more information.
Please inform Uvita Bali Bosque of your expected arrival time in advance, especially when arriving after 8pm since the reception will not be open. You can contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Children over the age of 5 years old are more the welcome on the premises.
Usage of swimming pools and waterfall are at own risk.
While we have a lot of love for animals, and even have a few on our property, we unfortunately can’t allow guests to bring pets.

* The guest will be charged a deposit of the total amount upon reservation. This deposit is non-refundable except under extraordinary circumstances.
* Extraordinary circumstances include the inability to travel due to medical circumstances or covid restrictions. Documentation must be provided to receive a refund of the deposit.
* If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged 100% of the total amount.
