Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM (Early check-ins are NOT possible).
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs are NOT possible).

Why is this policy strict?
We follow a tight cleaning schedule to prepare the apartment for the next guest. The time between check-out and check-in is crucial for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

Late Check-out Penalty: INR 5,000 (If not vacated by 11:00 AM, additional cleaners are hired to meet our schedule).

Unauthorized Early Entry: Arriving or entering the premises before check-in time without consent will result in a penalty of INR 5,000.

Important Note: We do not provide waiting or resting areas for early arrivals. Please plan your travel accordingly.

Luggage and Parking
Luggage Drop-off: NOT available (no reception, storage facilities, common areas, or lobby).
Parking: Not provided unless explicitly mentioned in the property description.

Street Parking: Subject to availability and local road rules.

Bandra/Khar West: Parking is challenging due to a severe crunch. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with parking arrangements.

Wi-Fi
Speed: 30 Mbps (unlimited usage).
Heads-up: Internet disruptions may take 1-2 days to resolve (e.g., broken wires). If uninterrupted access is essential, please bring a personal hotspot device.

Breakdowns and Repairs
In rare cases of breakdowns (furniture, electrical issues, AC, etc.):
Repair Time may range from 2 hours to 48 hours, depending on severity.

Quick Action: Notify us immediately for prompt resolution.

Cleaning Policy
Complimentary Cleaning: Provided every 4th day of your stay.
Additional Cleaning: Available at INR 250 per session.

During Cleaning: If you step out, please leave the keys in the lockbox.

Guest Registration
Mandatory for All Guests:
Foreign Nationals: Form C submission with the FRRO (Foreigners Registration Office). Contact us ASAP if not completed.
Indian Nationals: Complete the online guest form and provide ID proof.

All Guests: Must complete the online form (uploading selfie is mandatory).

To ensure a smooth check-in process, the number of Guest Registration Forms submitted must match the number of guests in the reservation.
If you book for 1 person, only 1 person is allowed to stay.
If you book for 2 people, both guests must complete the registration form.
Visitors (even for a few hours) are not allowed.
Guests under 18 years old are not allowed, whether as the primary booker or a secondary guest.
If any violation of these rules is found—whether by error or choice—the booking will be terminated immediately, no questions asked, and no refund will be provided.

House Rules & Penalties
No Smoking: Smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited. Penalties for deep cleaning:
1BHK: INR 10,000
2BHK: INR 20,000
3BHK: INR 30,000

No Parties: Hosting parties will result in a penalty of INR 50,000.
No Pets: Penalty of INR 10,000.
No Visitors: Unauthorized visitors will incur a penalty of INR 5,000 per person.
Damages: A minimum penalty of INR 1,000 will apply for property damage.
Lost Key: Fee of INR 1,000 for lost or unreturned keys.
Shoes: Please remove your shoes indoors.

Violation Consequences: Penalties will apply, and the booking may be canceled without a refund.

Guest Policy
Strictly No Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed at the apartment at all times.

Lost and Found Policy
Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged items.
Storage: No facility to store lost items. Unclaimed items will be disposed of within 7 days.
Claim Process: Guests must provide a detailed description and proof of ownership. Items must be collected in person. We are not responsible for third-party collection.

Pest Policy
No Refunds: Harmless pests (e.g., ants, cockroaches) may occasionally be spotted. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.

Appliance Usage
Air Conditioning/Geysers: If left on when not in use, INR 1,500 per appliance will be charged.

To manage Humidity and Condensation
Switch on the fans to circulate the air and reduce moisture buildup on colder surfaces.
Open the windows to allow fresh air flow and help decrease indoor humidity.
Run the AC on 'Dry' mode to cool the room and remove excess moisture, preventing condensation.

Booking Policy
Accurate Guest Count: Book for the exact number of guests staying. Extra guests beyond the maximum occupancy are not allowed under any circumstances.
