The Hotel will give priority to guaranteed reservations, be they with transfer, deposits or cash.

The Hotel requires that all reservations have as much detail as possible about the guest(s) who are going to stay including their age, specially for children, seniors and infants. They will only be assigned ground floor rooms.

The information you send us will help us to guarantee you a safe and pleasant stay. The Hotel will give and guarantee complete discretion and security with personal data.

* Families with children and older adults can only book rooms on the first floor (No Superior Balcony).
* The number of people and details must be indicated when making the reservation (regardless of age).
* ALL RESERVATIONS ARE CONFIRMED.
* 100% OF THE RESERVATION MAY BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
* DATE CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS MAY BE GRANT UP TO 7 DAYS before check in. Restrictions apply.
* NOT ALL rooms have a balcony, PLEASE CHECK THE ROOM RESERVED.
* Breakfast is not included and served only in the designated area from 7AM to 9:30AM, every day, no exceptions.
