* Please be quiet & respectful 9pm till 7am. We live in a peaceful area and would like to keep it that way and respect nature and our neighbors.

* TURN OFF AC units when doors are open or if you leave the room. Please be mindful of water and electricity usage. Kindly turn off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the rooms and house.

* Please RINSE your FEET before coming into the house when coming from the beach or if they are muddy.

* RINSE YOURSELF BEFORE AND AFTER USING THE POOL. We are trying to avoid sand getting into the pool machinery. Also, the chlorine from the pool WILL stain bath towels and sheets and furniture so please rinse after the pool. And DO NOT SIT WITH WET BOTTOMS on the indoor furniture as it is not waterproof.

* We RECYCLE. Thank you for helping us to separate waste between organic waste and RECYCLE only plastic bottles, aluminum cans and tins, milk and OJ boxes and glass. Make sure to rinse any dirty items before disposal.

* We do not allow outside or extra guests visiting the house that have not been pre-approved by the owner for safety reasons.

Please note that additional charges will apply for lost keys, damage to sheets and towels, as well as in the event of theft

* Please drive slowly and carefully up and down the road and in town. The local speed limit is 25km/h for the safety of the people and wildlife.

* NO SMOKING in the house. If you smoke outside, please close glass sliders so the smell doesn't get in the house. Then please leave the ashtrays outside and do not empty them in the indoor trash to avoid bad smells in the home.
