Cancellation policy

You can cancel up to seven days but you will be charged 25% of the total already paid, after seven days have passed before check in there are no refunds for cancellations

You can modify dates up to five days before paying a fee of $75 usd, if there is no notification of change of date five days before check-in and you do not show up for the reservation, no refund will be made.
