For stays of 4 nights or more, you have the option to pay half of the reservation cost at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 22 days before your arrival. This provides flexibility and allows you to secure your reservation hassle-free.

***Green and High Season (Jan 2 - Dec 23):***
-Cancellations with notice 23 days or more prior to the expected date of arrival will be reimbursed 100%.
-Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25%.
-Cancellations 14 - 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50%.
-Any cancellation with notice less than 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed.

***Peak Season (Christmas and New year eve):***
-Any cancellation will be charged 25%.

Efficiency is our most affordable room. It is considered the standard among all our units, although it has all the amenities we have in the other rooms. Located in the family area, close to the pools and front desk. They are mostly 430 square feet in size, with two double beds that can comfortably accommodate 4 people, a balcony overlooking the gardens or the forest.

Studio Family (Garden View)

We have studio rooms in almost all areas of our hotel including the family area, they have a size of 520 square feet and have two beds which can accommodate up to 4 people maximum, the bed types may be different depending on the area where the rooms are located, it can be 2 queens or 1 king and 1 double or 2 double beds, we also have the option to request two rooms connected by the balcony overlooking the gardens and / or the jungle. Studio Plus - Family (Ocean View)

The only difference between Studio and Studio Plus is the view, we guarantee a spectacular ocean view in all these rooms, located in various sectors of the hotel which are close to the pools and restaurants, it is not necessary to reserve a high floor to enjoy a great view. The rooms are also equipped with 2 beds for up to 4 people per room. The type of bed can be different depending on the area where the assigned room is located, it can be 2 queen beds or 1 king and 1 double bed. These rooms are 520 square feet in size - we also offer the option of requesting 2 connected rooms through the balcony.

The family area offers options for families or groups of friends of 6 people. Bungalow A-11 is located in the area A, a large studio with 3 Queen beds, it is very close to one of our family pools overlooking the jungle, right next to it is Bungalow A-13 and in front of it our Casa Quinta. In addition our Bungalow A-11 is adapted for people with reduced mobility, it does not have stairs and the access is spacious for a wheelchair.

This Bungalow is also located in sector A right next to Bungalow A-11 and behind Casa Quinta, especially for 6 people, families or friends, it has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom each bedroom, there is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and a king and a double bed in the other one. Each bedroom has seperate entrances and they are connected, large terrace with a jungle view.

Bungalow A-14 (Ocean View)

3 bedroom bungalow with ocean view.

There are more accommodation options at the top of sector A, they are very close to our restaurants El AVION and EL WAGON, the closest pool to these units is around 273 yards and you can walk along an internal road to reach this pool. The Bungalow A-15 and Casa Verdeville are also located here. There are two bedrooms, the first one is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bathroom, the second one has a queen size bed, and on the living room side there is another bathroom. The third bedroom is recommended for children and it has a bunk bed and it doesn't have air conditioning, there is a spacious living area with armchairs made by local artisans in our workshop. Outside there is a separate terrace with an incredible ocean view and surrounded by grass and ornamental plants. In addition there is a parking area right next to the bungalow, having your own car will be very helpful.

Bungalow A-15 (Garden View)

Our Bungalow A-15 "Palm Tree Casita" is perfect for groups of friends or families up to 8 members, where the parents and children can have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The palm tree bedroom has a king size bed, the other bedroom has three queen size beds in which up to six people can sleep.The outdoor kitchen is next to the terrace where everyone can sit to eat or relax. Palm Tree Casita is in the same sector of Bungalow A-14 and Casa Verdeville, you can walk to our restaurants EL AVION and EL WAGON, the closest swimming pool is 273 yards away in area A. This Bungalow does not have an ocean view but you will receive the visit of monkeys and other animals when you are not expecting them. In addition there is a parking area right next to the bungalow, having your own car will be very helpful.

This Bungalow is located in the sector E which is also a family area, from this area you can reach the main beach which is only 5 minutes walking, while the closest swimming pool is the adults which is 295 yards away, and the family pool is 382 yards away. The ocean view from this bungalow is one of the best in our hotel and is also one of the most exclusive, where you can relax with friends or family in the balcony.
This bungalow has two bedrooms and a beautiful balcony with a fantastic ocean view. Both bedrooms are equipped with their own bathrooms and separate entrances to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king and a double bed as well as a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, the second bedroom has a king bed, good enough for 6 people In addition there is a parking area right next to the bungalow, having your own car will be very helpful.

Our Bungalow E-6 is special for groups of friends who appreciate the privacy, it can accommodate up to 8 people. From all our rooms this is the closest to the beach, by taking the main road will only take about 5 minutes to reach the beach, additionally offers a beautiful ocean view from the large terrace. It is divided into two bedrooms, each with two queen size beds, their own bathrooms and separate entrances to the balcony. The dining area and the kitchen area are located on the large balcony. Like The Bungalow E-5 is located in the sector E also a family sector, a swimming pool for adults is 328 yards away, and the family pool is 415 yards away. One of the particular features of this bungalow is that it is located at the side of the main road, the same one that leads to the beach. Casa Quinta is one of our biggest units, special for families or groups of friends up to 10 people, located in sector A, the Bungalows A-11 and A-13 are located behind this house.
There is a main unit which has 2 queen beds, in the same unit there are 2 other secondary bedrooms on the sides, one of them has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed for 2 people (usually for children), that is, the main unit can accommodate 8 people. Outside the house there is one more room with a queen bed, which is private. The four rooms have their own bathrooms. In addition there is a large terrace area for dining with a beautiful ocean view.

In the highest floor of this building is our super spacious Penthouse with a size of 900 square feet, 2 king size beds for up to 4 adults, a large sitting area with a sofa and 2 armchairs made by local artisans in our wood workshop.The most impressive part is the large balcony and the breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean and the Manuel Antonio National Park.

727 Fuselage Home

This is the most exclusive suite in our hotel and why not say so in Costa Rica. We have renovated a 1965 Boeing 727 fuselage that was part of the South Africa Air and Avianca Airlines (Colombia) fleet in its previous life. Our Boeing 727 is fully equipped and meticulously well-detailed, perfect for families and groups of friends of 6 members.The 727 has 2 rooms, each with its own bathroom with hot water: a suite type room for couples located in the back of the airplane which has a Queen bed, the other bedroom is bigger and it has 2 Queen beds and is in the front of the airplane, the bathroom is in the cockpit and preserves the real seats of the airplane.
This room also has a living room that includes Cable TV, high speed WIFI, a circular armchair, balcony and terrace with a spectacular ocean view and the Manuel Antonio National Park. Of course, as all our rooms, this one has a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, safety box, and the bathrooms are equipped with basic amenities such as shampoo, bath gel and a hair dryer.
The experience of staying in our 727 Fuselage Home is unique and unforgettable, we recommend booking in advance as this is a very popular room.

Sky Loft

Our new SkyLoft is something very different: the best ocean views offered at Hotel Costa Verde from the balcony and terrace of a vintage refurbished 1982, McDonald Douglas, MD-82 airframe. The fuselage's two bedrooms offer a total of four queen sized beds, with a dinner table for eight, a wet bar and an adjacent living room on the 800 square foot terrace that has separate access to each bedroom.
In addition, five stories above the jungle floor, SkyLoft has a romantic balcony hanging off the master bedroom. We call this spot the 'Scenic Soak' because of the addition of a soak tub, offering the best ocean view from a tub that anyone has ever heard of. Floating in the tub, on top of the world.....maybe you will not even realize that you have landed at Hotel Costa Verde: where the beach meets the jungle.
At the end of its prior life, our jet was flying charters for Ukrainian vacation revelers, from Kiev to Turkey's Mediterranean beaches. We salvaged the aluminum airframe from its San Jose airport-resting-place, carefully transported the pieces on several articulated, big-rig trucks that are designed for moving cell towers.
