Discover cosy hotel accommodations ideal for a delightful getaway in the scenic East Neuk of Fife. Our range of rooms caters to various needs, featuring double and twin options that comfortably accommodate up to two guests and family rooms for families of three to four.

Each room includes a delicious breakfast to kickstart your day. We also warmly welcome furry friends, so feel free to bring your dogs along for the adventure. Please note there is a surcharge for dogs of £15 per dog, per stay up to a maximum of 2.

While our charming location offers an array of nearby attractions, and the Estate offers plenty of outdoor space, please note that the rooms do not provide views. Most rooms come equipped with modern showers for your convenience, while a few offer the option of a shower over a bath.

Rooms are available from 3 p.m., and departure is by 11 a.m. You are welcome to arrive on the estate earlier or depart later, taking full advantage of the inclusive leisure facilities. Please keep in mind that our facilities are not suitable for those with disabilities.
