The establishment is non-smoking.
Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (except when renting the reception hall).
The Tenant agrees to respect the neighborhood's peace, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
cancellation policy

It is agreed that in case of cancellation/withdrawal:
From the Tenant:
- More than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the Tenant loses the deposit paid,
- Less than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the Tenant will also pay the difference between the amount of the deposit and the total rent, as a penalty clause.
From the Landlord:
- Within 7 days following the withdrawal, the Landlord must pay the double of the deposit to the Tenant.
