→ Check-in: from 5:00 p.m.

→ Deposit by credit card imprint requested 24h before arrival
→ Signature of a seasonal rental contract
→ Non-smoking accommodation (penalty of 500€ in the event of a finding of fact)
→ No partying or parties (penalty of 500€ in the event of findings of fact)
→ The Tenant undertakes to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
→ No illicit activities or activities contrary to morality
→ Pets allowed (extra charge €15/stay)

It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal:

* Semi-flexible 30-day offer :

by the Tenant :
- more than 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will be not reimbursed for the deposit received (30% of the reservation amount)

- less than 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit and the balance of the reservation, representing the total amount of the stay, minus the cost of cleaning and tourist tax.

from the Lessor :
- within 7 days of cancellation, the Lessor is required to pay double the total amount of the stay.

Booking payment terms :
- 30% deposit at time of booking
- balance due 14 days before arrival

* Non-refundable offer:

from the Tenant:
- the Tenant will not be reimbursed for the deposit cashed at the time of booking, representing the total stay, less the cost of cleaning and tourist tax

from the Lessor :
- within 7 days of withdrawal, the Lessor is required to pay double the total amount of the stay.

Terms of payment for the reservation :
- 100% when the order is placed
