Cancellations are free up to 7 days before check-in.
From 7 days prior to check-in, or in the case of same-day cancellation or no-show,
100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

Terms and Conditions of Sato no Yado Mongoto

These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for accommodation and services provided by Sato no Yado Mongoto (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”). By making a reservation or staying at the Hotel, guests are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Formation of Accommodation Contract
An accommodation contract is deemed to be concluded at the time the guest completes a reservation.

2. Accommodation Fees
The accommodation fee is the amount presented at the time of reservation.
However, during special periods (such as events or peak seasons), special rates separately determined by the Hotel may apply.

3. Changes to Fees
As a general rule, the Hotel does not change accommodation fees after a reservation has been confirmed.
However, in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, suspension of public transportation, government directives, or cancellation or rescheduling of events, the Hotel may request a fee adjustment after notifying the guest.
In such cases, any change will only be made with the guest’s consent.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made for the guest’s convenience are subject to the following cancellation fees:
From 7 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation fee
On the day of check-in or in the case of a no-show without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
If the Hotel is required to cancel the reservation due to unavoidable circumstances (including natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other serious operational reasons), the guest will be notified promptly and a full refund of the accommodation fee will be issued.

5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Smoking inside the building
Causing excessive noise or disturbance to others
Any acts that violate laws or public order and morals
Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Hotel

7. Disclaimer
The Hotel shall not be liable for any of the following:
Damage or loss caused by natural disasters, accidents, theft, or other force majeure events
Accidents or injuries resulting from the guest’s own negligence or insufficient personal management

8. Handling of Personal Information
The guest’s personal information will be managed strictly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will not be used for purposes other than accommodation and service provision.

9. Amendments to These Terms
The Hotel may revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Any revised terms will be published promptly on the Hotel’s official website.
